Today’s Inspiration: “He said, “If you listen carefully to the Lord your God and do what is right in his eyes, if you pay attention to his commands and keep all his decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, who heals you.”” Exodus 15:26 NIV. Disobedience comes from a wounded and hardened heart in life. The Israelites desire the worldly things more than God and His Word. But the intercession of Moses helped to deliver them from Egypt, the shackles of slavery, bondage and sufferings.
Disobedience is sin to the soul for one can refuse to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly before God. Micah 6:8. Inner Healing brings obedience to God, submitting to His Word, and living out His ways. Wisdom spoke,”My son, pay attention to what I say; turn your ear to my words. Do not let them out of your sight, keep them within your heart; for they are life to those who find them and health to one’s whole body. Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it. Keep your mouth free of perversity; keep corrupt talk far from your lips.” Proverbs 4:20-24 NIV. Praise God!
Prayer: O Lord my God, give me clean hands and a pure heart to worship you, pray, and seek your face daily for you are my God and I am your child. I declare and decree I am redeemed by the blood of the lamb and my faith is in Christ alone, for He has taken all my sins at the Cross and gave me His Spirit of sonship of divine grace. I no longer walk according to the world but according to the Word of God in obedience, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
