Today’s Inspiration: Let not mercy and truth forsake you; Bind them around your neck, Write them on the tablet of your heart, And so find favor and high esteem In the sight of God and man. Proverbs 3:3-4. The wisdom of God comes from His Word, which brings forth love and faithfulness. The world is broken and wounded in many ways due to sin, self-centredness and wickedness of man. And only the Word of God can take away a hardened heart, to replace with a loving one like Christ. Ezekiel 36:26.
The epistle of Apostle John runs deep in the revelation of God’s love. Many couldn’t live because of past rejections, hurts and wounds by others especially from parents or siblings. Without forgiveness, one cannot be born again and be like Christ. Therefore, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. I John 4:7-8. God always searches the heart and bring changes within us in the spirit, soul, and body. Love will always bring forth the favour and peace of God in our lives. Love is not reactive but proactive because God first loved us.
Prayer: O Lord my God, you are the lover of my soul and my source of living waters. Your Spirit is the fruit bearer and is living inside of me. Let me be a vessel of honour, love, and mercy. Turn my head and my eyes always upon you and lead my heart that I may know you more each day. Let thy goodness and loving kindness follow me all the days of my life as I dwell in your L kingdom, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
