Today‘s Inspiration: “Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.” John 7:38 NIV. Jesus spoke of the baptism of the Holy Spirit of Pentecost to the disciples after He was resurrected and glorified at the right hand of God. He appeared to the disciples and told them,”But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” Acts 1:8.
When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them. Acts 2:1-4. We are moving into a new latter time and season where God’s word and Spirit shall come as one to overflow every soul that believed and they shall be power witnesses for Christ with His healing, miracles, signs and wonders for the gospel. Keep pursuant of God in prayer and His rain shall come.
Prayer: O Lord my God, let me be once again be filled with your Spirit, overflowing with your rivers of living waters from your sanctuary in my spirit and heart. Let your name be glorified in every aspect of my life, family, school, work, business, and ministry. Let thy miracles, signs and wonders be normal in my spiritual life and let thy Word bring hope in your appointment time for your anointed, in Jesus' Name, Amen.
