5 September 2024 Word by Senior Pastor, Pastor Darien Choo

Today‘s Inspiration: “The spirit of a man will sustain him in sickness, But who can bear a broken spirit? The heart of the prudent acquires knowledge, And the ear of the wise seeks knowledge.” Proverbs‬ ‭18‬:‭14‬-‭15‬ ‭NKJV.‬‬ Our spirit is the lamp of God, which needs to be lit day and night, filling with His glory in the temple. Proverbs 20:27. Dryness in our spirit can dull the ears to hear from God. If you are in a season of dryness, come to the Lord and draw near to Him in prayer, petition and thanksgiving. He shall pour forth His spirit and fresh oil into our lamps, our spirit man.

These are the days of darkness in the end of times but it’s also the days of glory for those who seeks the Lord with all their hearts, with all their soul, and all their strength. Behold, He shall make all things new for our spirit, soul, and body. Remember this, if we don’t eat old food or drink, we shall need fresh manna and oil for our spirit man daily for our souls to be refreshed, relit, recharged and renewed. God desires to encounter us as His power witness, not just a church goer. We are for His signs and wonders. Isaiah 8:18 The psalmist sang,”All Your works shall praise You, O Lord, And Your saints shall bless You. They shall speak of the glory of Your kingdom, And talk of Your power. Psalms‬ ‭145‬:‭10‬-‭11‬

Prayer: O Lord my God, you are the source of life. The author and finisher of my faith, the oil of joy for my lamp, and the hope of glory for my days. Pour forth your Holy Spirit upon my dry and thirsty land. Quicken and revive my Spirit; open my spiritual eyes and ears, that I may do thy will and purpose of your calling. I believe new doors are opening, new relationships are blossoming and new divine job, businesses and assignments are coming my way for the glory of the Lord! I decree and declare, my Lord Jesus Christ, has made me a power witness for His Kingdom that reign inside of me, in Jesus Name, Amen.
