The joy of the Lord is our strength, and it cannot be shaken because our Lord’s love, grace, and mercy for us endures forever. When the Spirit of the Lord comes upon us, the first encounter is His divine peace and unspeakable joy.
Wisdom speaks, "A merry heart makes a cheerful countenance, But by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken." Proverbs 15:13. God revives our Spirit through the joy of our salvation, which gives us the peace of mind. Laughter and joy lifts up our countenance and brings brightness to our season. Joy is the manifestation of God’s divine anointing upon us.
Joy breaks the yoke of heaviness, sadness, and hopelessness. Healing manifests when we experience the presence of God which is the fullness of joy. Psalm 16:11. Let God show us the path of life in thanksgiving in our hearts.
